Accepting these terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using Supplier Flow on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

  • No scraping, reselling, or redistributing the Supplier Flow database
  • No bulk automation that bypasses credit gating
  • No attempting to access other users' data
  • No harassing suppliers you source through the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Credits are not refunded in the case of termination for cause.

Payment + trials

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our third-party payment processor, Fanbasis (Commas), which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. Fanbasis processes your payment and collects any applicable sales tax. Seven-day trials convert automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Monthly credit allocations refresh at renewal and do not roll over. Add-on credit packs expire 12 months after purchase.

Cancellation + refunds

Cancel any time from Billing. You retain access through the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds. Exceptions considered case-by-case.

Data accuracy disclaimer

Supplier and distributor data is compiled from public web sources and community submissions, and some profile fields are generated or summarized using AI. We make reasonable efforts to verify but do not warrant accuracy or completeness. Always confirm a supplier's current terms, pricing, and policies directly with them before committing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, where PeakFlow Media LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction.
